• Concrete rings and an outer conical cylinder (to protect the weighing system) are put around the lysimeter vessel, see
figure 5.

• The position for a new weather station is determined as shown in figure 6.

 • Afterwards, soil is backfilled into the pit horizon by horizon and compressed by a rattling device.
